Antonija Pacek

Antonija Pacek is Creativity and Innovation Practice Leader for Global Success Advisors and MEA Business Group. She holds a Masters in Psychology from the University of Cambridge, the UK, and a BA with Recognition and Honors from Webster University, Vienna, Austria.


Before co-creating IMAGINO® for Global Success Advisors and MEA Business Group, Antonija was a consultant at Hewitt Associates and the Center for Creative Leadership, working on social skills training with large multinationals. Antonija is an adjunct professor at Duke Corporate Education, one of the largest executive education providers in the world. She also teaches several courses in psychology at two international universities in Vienna. Antonija has taught industrial psychology, social psychology, personality theories, history and systems psychology, emotional intelligence, psychology and film, personal development, leadership development, and learning strategies in her academic career. On several occasions, Antonija was invited to co-speak with the legendary Dr. Phil Zimbardo during his lectures in Vienna.


She enjoys composing piano music in her spare time and has published four neoclassical piano albums (Soul Colors, Life Stories, Il Mare and Forever). She has a music publishing contract with Warner Chappell, from Warner Music. As a pianist, Antonija is popular in Italy, where she has performed at iconic venues such as the Auditorium in Rome and the Teatro dal Verme in Milan.

Amy Bradley

The Human Moment: the positive power of compassion in the workplace

Amy is a senior faculty member at Hult Ashridge International Business School. She researches, writes, consults, and speaks on topics such as compassionate leadership, burnout, and employee engagement levels at work. Her research has been the subject of academic and professional publications, including Harvard Business Review, Forbes Magazine and Management Today, and in print media as the BBC online and The Guardian.


In 2020, she reached the prestigious Radar Thinkers50 of global management thinkers. Her recent book, The Human Moment: The Positive Power of Compassion in the Workplace, was named the WCC management book of the year. In it, she argues that organizations must find ways to lead with more compassion when our work is increasingly transactional and dehumanized. Her next book, Running on Empty, explores the causes, symptoms, effects, and potential antidotes to the crushing workforce depletion that resulted from the Covid 19 pandemic.


At Hult, Amy works in undergraduate and graduate programs and delivers leadership development interventions for a range of executive education clients. She is the principal professor of the Executive Doctorate in Organizational Change (EDOC).


In addition, she has a private practice where she supports organizations in promoting more compassionate work environments. She also leads research on employee engagement challenges for Engage for Success- a British social movement that seeks to improve engagement and well-being across the industry. Amy is also a natural athlete who loves swimming in the open sea and hiking. She is also a volunteer in the Community First Responders (CFRs) program for the Ambulance Service, receiving training to respond to emergencies in her local community. Amy is married and has four children.


Minnie Freudenthal

The Fascinating Power of Preventive Health

Born in Luanda in 1954, Minnie moved to Lisbon as a child. She graduated in 1978 from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon. During her first years at the Faculty, she was an Anatomy monitor. As a recent graduate, she did an internship at the Medical Service at the Hospital de Laennec in Paris. She returned to Portugal, and between 1979 and 1982, she joined the Public Health and Clinical Internship internship. She worked in school health in Fornos de Algodres and occupational medicine in Lourinhã. In 1983, before leaving for the USA, she was an intern at the Hospital de S. José's Medical Emergency Unit in Lisbon.


From 1983 to 1986, she did an Internal Medicine residency at the New York Infirmary Beekman Downtown Hospital in New York. Upon completing the residence, she passed the Federal Licensing Examination of the National Board of Medical Examiners and Certifying Examination in Internal Medicine. During the years 1987 and 1988, she did an Internship in Infectious Diseases in Hospitals belonging to the New York Medical College. She also started working in private practice as an Internal Medicine specialist in New York.


She returned to Portugal in 1990 and started working in a private clinic and as an emergency physician at the Hospital da Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa. Since then, she has been interested in the nutritional aspects of health and illness. In 2013, Minnie attended a Type 2 Diabetes Therapeutics Course and Diabetes consultations at Hospital do Litoral Alentejano.


In 2010, her interest in mind training practices led Minnie to take a Clinical Hypnosis Course at the London School of Clinical Hypnosis and, in 2013, an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course.


Since 2003, Minnie Freudenthal has given lectures and workshops related to nutrition and neuroscience in business, university, and private contexts.


Sofia Couto da Rocha

Sofia Couto da Rocha is currently Chief Transformation Officer & Head of Virtual Client at Lusíadas Saúde, leading the innovation and digital transformation of the Portuguese healthcare group, which is part of the largest private healthcare group of the world, the UnitedHealth Group.


A doctor graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Sofia completed her MBA by The Lisbon MBA (Catholic University, Universidade Nova and MIT Sloan). Before going into medicine, she graduated in design in London.


After winning a scholarship to the IWI at MIT engineering Boston and one to Clinical Research at Harvard Medical School, Sofia focused her research in the areas of innovation and technology for health. Awarded in biotechnology, leadership and digital, one of Sofia's most outstanding achievements was the Global Impact Challenge of Singularity University, which ultimately gave rise to the launch of its third start-up in Silicon Valley, on the NASA Campus. In 2021, Sofia received the influential Sages Clinical Services Award by UnitedHealth Group, within the scope of her specialization in smart aging.


Sofia was also chairman of the information technologies committee of the Health Parliament Portugal initiative for three years, currently being a medical officer of Patient Innovation, advisor of Untech, and member of the National Council of Information Technologies for Health of the Ordem dos Médicos. Since 2018, Sofia has been invited annually to join the Women Leaders Global Forum, an important space to express her activism for equal opportunities. In addition to corporate and associative life, Sofia teaches innovation and new technologies applied to health in three Portuguese universities.
